Love the Realm of Chaos books - so much so that I did a video wherein I drew a Chaos Champion generated from the books! Had a lot of fun with that - Excited to dig into this!
I picked up both books from a used wargame store called “wargamer’s depot and tv/vcr repair” in the 90’s. At the time the books were considered “outdated” and priced accordingly … they were probably around $12 each. I also got my copy of Rogue Trader there.
Nowadays "outdated" means they cost more hahaha!! My copy of Rogue Trader died and completely fell apart beyond all hope of restoration... that's how much it was used back in the day!!
@@IthaquasBane the binding on my copy of Rogue Trader also failed - not long after I purchased it. I tried fixing it at the time using a comb binder, which in retrospect was regrettably destructive. It sort of worked, but it was too many pages for the largest spine i had available to me. Im probably missing some pages. I’ve thought about getting one of the reprints.
They did republish both the Real of Chaos Books as facsimile editions but they are only available from Warhammer World in Nottingham. Last time I heard they were around £45 each. I managed to get both from eBay for around £55 each after a few weeks of watching (sadly I sold my originals about 20 years ago).

Damn... Why don't they offer them as PoD?? Such a wasted opportunity... Cheers for letting me know! 😁
I've got originals and reprints. The originals have slightly better print quality. I'd imagine you could get an original L&D for £100 (ish)
