To those mad Hikaru is playing low rated players: anyone who is a MASTER of their craft does this in various form. What exactly is he doing? 1. Practicing fundamentals. What moves do more lower rated players make? Fundamental mistakes. So catching people slipping on their technique helps solidify his fundamentals WHILE ALSO 2. Yeah it’s a bet with chat that if he plays any opening he plays in this speedrun in the candidates that he will gift 500 subs. And tongue in cheek he jokes one of Fabi’s seconds is probably having to watch all of it

I don't necessarily agree that you can't become a GM if you start at 20. A person can do a lot of things if they work hard and are motivated enough. I am 20 right now and I was rated 1000 in blitz, but after 8-10 months I became 1500 just by playing casually while working 10 hours a day + university studies. I believe if I played chess all day and made it my whole career, I can become a GM by 25, at the most 30, let alone trying my whole life
You have to keep in mind though, the rating climb starts to slow exponentially when you get to around 1800. 1000 to 1500 is nothing compared to going from 1800 to 1900. The latter can take years.

I think you missed the point about atlantis. Plato was actually describing atlanta.
Look up the Richat Structure for possible Atlantis location
