JK is literally the King of coverd. I love listening to his covers. I use to go to sleep to them. When it comes to ballads his voice is so soothing.
JK has perfect pitch and can match any note. He often imitates the group members and other people so its not surprising he can sound like the original arrist but with his own spin on it.
You can hear Justin Bieber, Charlie Puth, Bruno Mars etc... when he does covers of their songs
He has the Justin Timberlake, Usher, MJ vibes in his recent songs and also has a hint of ed sheeran and shawn mendes in the songs they wrote for him.
He really is crazy talented
I once listened to HS version right after this and they are much more different than I expected. JK has a brighter sound (that’s the best way I know how to describe it).
Jungkook's voice is clearer, clearer, it has a bright touch. Both voices are beautiful. And I love both artists. Hopefully in the future they will have the opportunity to collaborate and create a new musical success together.

Jungkook is a legend. He can do everything and his haters crying on the corner. After mj jk is king of pop, his voice is the best pop vocal on the planet of earth no one come close to him, mind you he is not native american or fluent in English but he ate all his work and left no crumb. I am so proud of my baby.

Chills - both versions. I don't find their voices at all similar, Harry's is raspier and JK's is sweeter but both of them sound amazing. I only found this song through JK's cover and just love it.
Both the original//cover are good.

Harry is an unbelievably talented artist, he writes all his music and is very involved in the production and one of his most loved traits is just how amazing of a performer he is. One thing anyone can tell you even critics who attended his concerts is his undeniable stage presence and charisma, it's just so authentic and pure love of music and performing so it makes sense he easily sells out 100k+ crowds at his concerts. You should def react to him, his sign of the times performance on the graham norton show is amazing, it's a more calm performance but that was his debut single as a solo artist and is iconic (imagine your first song after leaving a boyband being a 6 minute rock ballad that's not radio friendly lol)

Harry’s voice is so… you can hear his suffering. He wrote this song when he was depressed. And fun fact: the beginning of the video is actually the end of it, because he survived the drowning (depression). You should react to harry also he is a great artist

How do you think they filmed this? Do you think they did it straight through with the water rising and then a reset for subsequent takes, or did they film in various chunks with different water levels?
I think they just went straight through. If they had to reset it would probably take a couple of hours, so most likely it was one take up until all the underwater shots, obviously he would need to breathe so they would have to cut for him to get some air

Harry has done some amazing covers if you want to check them out! Sledgehammer, The Chain and Girl Crush are some of my favourites.
JK killed, obviously. His voice is like magic after all.
However, the original will always hit different for me, I think its because when Harry sings it carries more emotion. Which makes sense considering he wrote it and it sounds emotional and deep to him, so it makes sense that there's more of an intensity shining through his voice when he sings it.
Did you have to repost this? Anyway, great reaction! BTS has done a lot of great covers, and one I like is Fools (not sure the original artist) by JK and RM.

I do love that JK did keep the feel of the song, Harry does the same when he covers songs. Sure it's nice sometimes to see the way another person can interpret the same song, but I feel songs like this needs a certain level of respect. This is the first cover of this that I've ever liked. His tone is lighter which doesn't hurt it but I do prefer the darker tone of Harry's voice.
Jungkook is great but i mean personally i think harry is way better on this song, he just sounds so raw and real

This is a lovely cover and sure Harry would like it too. They have completely different voices but nothing compares to Harry’s emotion and raspy tones. This is a great cover though but doesn’t touch Harry’s live performance at the Brits !
