Inclusive Education Video

The Kent School District is successfully preparing all students for their futures and one of the ways in which this happens is by providing inclusive educational experiences to all students. The district's vision is that any social and educational inequities that have previously existed for students of differing abilities, ethnicities and backgrounds will no longer be present. For students who require special education services, inclusive practices integrate special education students into general education classrooms at the greatest extent appropriate helping all students learn alongside each other.
