Vera, on one of my trips to Paris with my bestie, we did exactly what you and yours did: go, go, go all day and night. We'd come back to our hotel around dinnertime, eat, nap for about an hour, and out again. We'd come back to the hotel between 4 and 5 a.m., sleep an hour or two, and then right out again, all over Paris. That is the ONLY and BEST way to enjoy Paris, in particular. It comes alive especially after 10 p.m. and nightlife there is fabulous. My favorite month to be there is August. We stayed at the Esmeralda hotel in the Latin Quarter on the left bank. Absolutely charming. Great video!
Dear Vera, I really appreciated the music in this video and your honest point of view on Europe! Paris was lucky to have you❤ This vlog was so beautiful and interesting!!!
I was telling another FA on the jump seat today that I want to take a quick solo trip to Paris. Can you share where you stayed or site you booked from. It would be my first time traveling there, so any and all recs would be appreciated. Loved the video. Your captured it beautifully and makes me want to go even more.
I highly recommend Esmeralda hotel in the Latin Quarter, on the left bank. Very French, absolutely delightful. If you decide to book, be sure and request a room that looks out at Notre Dame Cathedral. My bestie and I stayed there on the recommendation of business executives at my company in Norway; who could stay at very expensive hotels paid for by our firm, but always chose to stay there.
I just discovered your vlogs and I love them! Love that you show so much of the places you visit and that you just walk around to discover. I also like doing that on vacation :)
"I'm doing the influencer cadence...I gotta watch myself." Died laughing at that!!!!!!!!! 😂😂😂Don't worry, you're super authentic and enjoyable to watch.
Yes that trip did inspire! I 'd like to travel next year in Paris, & I've written down the cafes' & restaurant & shops you've noted in your filming! What a brilliant break from work travel ; leisure is just so much better! Thanks for the remarkable back drops & breathtaking views of Paris!
May I recommend the Esmeralda hotel in Paris? Very French, located in the Latin Quarter, on the left bank. Just remember to book a room that looks out at the Notre Dame Cathedral. This gem is so popular that the executives at my company in Norway would all stay there, even though the firm would put them up in the finest hotels there if they so desired. My bestie and I stayed there at their recommendation, and fell in love with it.
Best travel vlog yet! Glad it was less stressful than last year's trip 🍀 Red is THE BEST color on you. Such beautiful sights, great mixture of culture, architecture, food and fun. Thank you for taking us along.
what an amazing trip. I've been to Paris one time before, and I have not had a chance to go to the Musee D"Orsay or the Rodin. I loved all your shots of Paris, from all the Juliette balconies at the hotel you stayed at to the Arc of Triumph lit up at night to the fresh squeezed orange juice machine. Things are different over there, the food is much higher quality and people try to put more emphasis on work life balance and self care. With regards to saving money, you have to spend the money on the steak frites and the creme brulee while you are there, and yes you have to treat yourself to something from the Galleries Lafayette. You work really hard as a flight attendant and you need to splurge a bit on yourself on vacation because you earned it all year. Even if you spent one thousand on all your shopping and dining out there, you have to think about how you MADE money by being bumped up to Premium economy where you made your money back lol, that free uprade is worth at least 1000 dollars. I'm a pharmacist in Memphis, Tennessee, 39 year old who lives by himself, and I've been on a flight attendant youtube kick. I've been watching Jetting Julia and now I am getting hooked on yours too! I think Jetting Julia works on American and you work on Jet Blue, and I didn't know Jet Blue flew to Europe until I watched your vlog. I guess JetBlue has code sharing with Delta because you get your flight benefits to Delta too, which is pretty amazing. I hope you get on the wait list for business sometime on stand-by, watching Jetting Julia and Fly With Garrett (he is a first officer for American), it really is tricky to get on the wait list for business, you have to pick the right flight with fewer people and try to hit the button the SECOND the seats are available. I'm enjoying living vicariously through your channel!
Commenting before watching. We were in Paris from Dec 4-8th. I got Covid IN PARIS : (. My wife was also sick with a cold that has since turned into Bronchitis), I can't believe I got Covid on our first trip to Paris. We stayed in Le Marais at a wonderful airbnb. I am now going to watch your vlog.
So glad to see that you are back and with an extra special vlog. I love Paris and my husband and I try to get there every two years. Can you please tell me me or link the hotel you stayed in during the first part of the video. Thanks and happy holidays ✌️
I'm glad you're back!!! I was wondering if you were okay. I never go on Instagram, but I went on there just to see if you posted recently. Your European vacation looked amazing!!! It's nice to see you happy!!!
Paris looked quite awesome on you Vera, except it did look COLD! Hey we need to send you the annual Whole Foods gift card so we can see one of your Christmas and New Years hauls so look for that in the next few days! 😁😁😁!!!!!! Stay safe and stay awesome young lady!!! ✌👍🤠✈
If you go to France again, you MUST bring back some butter. Bordier butter is knows as the best in the world. I found it at a cheese shop. They vacuumed packed it for me( I bought 5). I also brought back 3 from the grocery store. It has to go in checked baggage. The yogurt in Paris was amazing too. So much choice. Also, Bonne Maam jam is 1/3 the price there. I paid 1.45( Euro) for apricot. Its 6.99 at Whole Foods.
Great video! Loved the museum and all the food! Does Duty Free have good choices and prices at the airport in Paris? Or just things you can purchase in the States? Merry Christmas to you, your mom and sister!🎄
Do you watch Emily in Paris? If you go again, we did an Emily in Paris airbnb experience, a walking tour. It was super cute. Only 30 Euros. I wish I was an FA just for the flight benefits. We took the Eurostar from London to Paris. I know I got Covid in London. It was so, so crowded, especially the tube.

Another great one Vera! Thank you and Happy Holidays. Love the coat btw! Can you share boot name and hoops? Love them!
They’re from a company called The Perfect Hoop! They’re my fave
What size hoops do you get? I didn’t realize there were three choices. I don’t eat too large or too small. They look great on you! Thanks!
the absolute most unhinged trip at the end ☠️ i’m cracking up at the mcdonald’s yet again 😭
Great video! Loved the museum and all the food! Does Duty Free have good choices and prices at the airport in Paris? Or just things you can purchase in the States? Merry Christmas to you, your mom and sister!🎄
