Adding a billionaire was really dumb I mean charlie could afford him being around but how rich they made walden like just have 2 houses and let alan have the cheaper one at that point and really no plot nothing for the story cause this billionaire decided hey I'll have 1 house and live with the cheapest person in existence just cause.

I am not really certain if Waldon was lucky in making a lot of money because he is so stupid of not kicking Allan out because he stayed for free, he was giving him a lot of problems and complications in life!!!
