341 Formation Lesson 5

The girls will learn how to make a Defensive Wall and execute the Offside Trap in this lesson. This video is meant to help my players SEE what we will be doing on the pitch. Primarily, it is for the visual learners, but also helps reinforce these concepts for everybody.
