This is exactly what I have been realizing recently. So much in line with what I’ve realized after years of manifesting content and meditations. It all comes back to and arises out of the truth within you. It’s that space you keep overlooking and your mind believes doesn’t matter. It’s that present moment awareness; that stillness that matters more than anything. Anything else is secondary; an add on. Once you get used to feeling that within you, you wil always wish to return. Again and again and again until it can become constant.

I understand my friend… but the trouble lies in belief. You must go beyond wanting to believe it and you must come to know it through your direct experience. When you investigate your perceptions and see that nothing is apart from awareness- your very own consciousness- that there actually isn’t anything ‘outside’ of ‘you’ because there is no ‘inside’ or ‘outside’ there is simply only consciousness… only then will you ‘know’ beyond ‘belief’ that you literally are ALL THAT IS. 🙏🏼🤍 I’d recommend meditation, guided or not- which perhaps you are already doing.. but when the moment is right, given the right posture of presence you will know.

Now I am wondering if I can reach a higher more consistent state of consciousness that is the gateway to the world that I desire.

True meditation will bring you in contact with your natural state, which is the direct knowledge. Faith is a posture, as is surrender that can allow that state to permeate and persist in your everyday life 🤍🙏🏼
If we can’t really perceive or wrap our head around who we really are How do we consciously become aware. I feel like I know who and what I truly am as much as I possibly can but where do you go from there because as much as I believe I am awareness and my potential is limitless nothing in my 3D life changes ? Maybe I’m not getting it ??
Hi Lydia- you know this through direct experience, which is beyond the mind. It is simply consciousness knowing/perceiving itself directly. We are not limited by our physical senses- nor by our mind. And only by going beyond these senses, can we know the truth directly. This seems confusing to the mind- because it is not for the mind. You come into alignment through, as, and with consciousness itself. 🙏🏼
Knowing our true self is discovering that we Need nothing because we are already everything...the Truth Is simple ❤ thank you
