For example if the platform decides a property will cost total of 50Cr and sells it to the fractional investors. May be the actual price was 35Cr which they negotiated. And straight way 15Cr of profit for them apart from the other profits.
1. Metro cities aren't the only target market, all the capital cities are the target market. Along with this the govt. are looking to decongest the capital cities by merging smaller cities into it. That will be the market to invest. The US is a very bad example because they don't have a population like us which affects the demand supply. 2. Price coughing can be seen in residential real estate. In commercial real estate, you buy property on the yield it generates. If you have to manipulate the purchase price then you'll have to manipulate rents as well. And no tenant wants to pay higher rents 😅
1) Minimum ticket size must be INR 100 & Multiples of INR 100 & above. 2) Fractional ownership must finally lead to 100% ownership of a Farmland / Residential / Industrial Plot
