I realized today that “shorts” don’t count to the 4000 watch hours to get monetized. So imma be a bit annoying and post some compilations until I can make new videos.

Somehow that's both horrible and amazing at the same time.
The idea of Izuku just randomly breaking into “Kiss From A Rose” to hype himself up and Katsuki hesitantly joining in and getting progressively more into it as they go has some powerful energy. I can absolutely see this happening like 20 years after the events of the show where they’re both the biggest pro heroes around and Katsuki being like “by the way, you were off-key” afterwards.
it reminds me of every action musical out there where they sing to fight 😂💀

Part of me wishes their 'friendship' in the show was like Dan and Arin's just for exactly this reason. This was an absolute treat.
This feels like an AU where BKDK remained friends throughout their childhood, started dating at puberty, and the events of MHA still happened

@@rogers.5 well yeah, he had massive golden child privilege by his peers and authority figures with parents that couldn’t really ground him. So this (to me) feels like an AU where BK was taught or understood that quirks didn’t make you a better or elite person, people are people, and being a hero means helping people without demeaning them for how they biologically are.

Deku saying "you suck" in the 5:45 clip is too damn funny. The tone was just so perfect and out of place on him.
in a video of the japanese voice actors of bnha, the voice actor of bakugou says "call me kacchan" and everyone replies calling him kacchan except for the voice actor of deku calling him an idiot. (sorry if none of that made sense)
I adore the subtle touch that at the end of the "Its getting to me because its my Birthday" scene, the bank-robbers they're staking out escape while Deku & Kats collapse in laughter. I did not notice that detail at all the first 5-6 times Ive seen that sketch.

I love the little detail of Izuku leaning into Bakugo when he laughs, since he's being voiced by Dan, who does the same exact thing to Arin when he laughs. Absolutely amazing!
11:10 I feel it is worth mentioning that as they were being told to use teamwork, Dan grabbed the yaoi paddle. Deku is breaking through the rock with the power of yaoi.

Bakugo has Arin's rant energy all the time. Imagine the Helena meltdown, but instead it's Bakugo demanding any enemy gets back up and fights more. "I am **fighting** you! I wanna plant my explosions into your face!"
The more videos I see using scenes from The game grumps the more I start to realize that Arin and Dan are starting to really push the lines of their friendship

That next to last one where they played the song from the original Avatar immediately threw me back to 9th or 10th grade choir. We sang that song, and it was so much fun, because the teacher came in to pass out the song and her words to us were to do the exact opposite of everything we had been taught to do all year. That being because you have to be real nasally and throaty to sing it properly, but can you imagine a teacher or parent telling you to do the opposite of everything they’ve ever told you to do?? It’s such a blast. Lol.

This is such a best friend thing to do, like one of them is engrossed or occupied with an important thing, and the other friend jokes in a way that the first friend has to add onto it when they think of something.

In an AU where Bakugou doesn't become a colossal shit pickle and stays friends with Izuku throughout their childhood we get these amazing thing. Katsuki learning too channel his aggression in positive ways by being aggressively friendly and cursing even more than in the typical fanfic. And Deku learning too accept himself and becoming a well adjusted individual that curses for any given or not given reason.
