@@aubree_lewis Are you also an agent for rentals ? I plan on moving next year and want to rent before I buy. Basically get to know the various areas before I buy a home. Thanks
Great video and very helpful! Been doing lots of research we visited the area in June and loved it. Hoping to move down by Spring/Summer 2026. Planning on more trips to help narrow what town/city.
The Neely Farm area with the large traditional houses in a wooded setting is beautiful. However, while you were driving the greater area, I kept wondering what South Carolina has against road maintenance.
Since covid, our state and county has increased drastically with the amount of people moving here from other states and countries. I've noticed as the roads are maintained they're also spending a lot of money changing major intersections and increasing the amount of lanes heading toward those intersections. This requires a lot of legal work because they're having to take a fraction of people's land on main roads. Also, addding schools and updating water systems, while also not taking the heck out of us so much that natives can no longer afford to live in our own state.
Will be watching later can’t wait coming in September to start looking
The Slice!!! Awesome Pizza!

These older split level ranch style houses remind me of Long Island NY

I wish I could answer that too. They need to maintain roads soooo much better than they currently do.

I like natural brick and enjoyed the video. Is there an HOA in the Poinsettia neighborhood?
