FULL VIDEO FROM THIS FLIGHT: • Edelweiss Airbus A340-...
A breathtaking approach & landing into Zurich Airport onboard a beautiful Edelweiss Airbus A340-300! The A340 is one of my all time favourite aircraft and I was lucky enough to have this perfect wingview overlooking the engines for the scenic approach into Zurich's RWY28.
Filmed from seat 9A onboard 16 year old HB-JME. This was flight WK349 from Heraklion, Crete on August 23rd 2020.
Be sure to check out the "Full Flight" video from this, it includes much more footage, including the take off, a look around inside the cabin & seat area and some stunning views along the route. If you enjoyed this landing video, you'll love the take off, with spectacular views of Crete Island!

That is a weird runway to land on at Zurich airport, unless you're landing at night
Why a A340 for such a short Destination?
runway 28 is short :/
A340 airbus has two engines, "A380" airbus, super 747 has four engines
The a340 also has 4 engines
As you can see the A340 does also have 4 engines.
A340 has 4 engines, dingus. The a330 might be what you're thinking about.
