You know this raises a good point. Naruto had a monster that could wipe out people in an instant, so the entire village did everything in their power to treat Naruto like rubbish. You know there’s an alternate timeline where Naruto snapped from all the torment he suffered made him the villain and destroy the hidden leaf village and the villagers would have no one to blame but themselves
Yeah when did that happen? I know there was a movie (and some anime leadup episodes) but in that reality Minato and Kushina were both still alive to keep Menma (other world Naruto's name) normal
Correction: Thrte was a filler AU arc where Minato and Kushina survived Nine Tails. Although the villagers thought Naruto was a monster, Minato ordered them to be tactful & respectful of him.

This scene is weird considering Shikamaru, Kiba and Ino treated Naruto like trash during the start of the series and up to the Chunin Exams arc. It was also weird that Ino was shocked to be assigned with Choji and Shikamaru since she should've known that their parents were a trio.
Well Naruto was actively pranking the village at the beginning, and is all but stated to have done similar stuff before. I have to assume as Naruto acted out more and more that Shikamaru stopped sympathizing with him. Would you sympathize with someone who actively causes trouble for attention? As for the second point... I can't think of an in-universe reason for it. I just have to assume their families teaming up with each other for generations was a decision the creators made partway through the series, and forgot the earlier detail.
Don't overthink it. Kishimoto just never planned that far ahead it's why naruto has so many inconsistencies he just bs his way thru most of the series lol
