+vulli MAHESH Thanks for your comment, we aim to provide a straight forward, robust video tutorial structure for businesses who need assistance in Dynamics CRM.
You can export data to a dynamic list so you can input data in the spreadsheet and the data will be updated in the CRM as long as the data fields are the same as the fields in the CRM, this should work for you. If you are creating external lists such as leads, you can import them into Dynamics 365 - you just have to make sure the data fields match the same fields in the CRM for the data to sync.

Hi +Jyothi we try and link all our tutorial videos within RUclips using the playlists in the cards and annotations functionality. We also upload the videos on our website to showcase all our video tutorials from one page www.c2software.com/Tutorials/tutorials-home.aspx I hope this helps.
I've watched a few of your videos now and they are all extremely helpful! However, on my instance of CRM my marketing lists don't seem to be formatted in the same way as yours. The members section doesn't exist so when ever I add members they never appear. Any idea why this would be happening or how to rectify this issue?
Hi James, Thanks for the kind words, we are slowly improving on out video content. It is hard to say really, is there any chance you can screen grab the point were you are having difficulty with? You can email them over to me at daniel.mckinnel@c2software.com
After Update 01 installed on server the Dynamic list won't update automatically with new query logic. You have to refresh the entire page to see the new dynamic list populated. :(

Can we create a list from an outside source, like excel with ID numbers?
