love newcastle and its history whenever i ride my moped or take the bus to college i always look at the scenery and the bridges and old buldings and wonder what they used to look like and what it was like back then and this is the best video ive found to explain it
@@chrisdawson6156 lol. I actually live in London (have done a long time) and didn't go to the match but was in King's Cross when all the fans were going back home. It was nice to see my people in abundance 🙂
Fantastic! Really takes you on a journey! I hope you will create a similar masterpiece for the town of South Shields which has some interesting history of its own.
First saw Newcastle as a 3yr old. Grandad lived and worked opposite the Baltic Mill where once ships loaded/unloaded their wares, very little traffic on City Road and the Trolley Bus passed by the tenement house.
Thanks for that. You truely are a genius in your field. I can't even believe how much research and time you put into producing 8 minutes of very watchable content. I stick a Go Pro on my helmet and go for a ride on my motorbike and thats time consuming. Great stuff thanks for sharing
Yet another Memory Lane jaunt for me, James, primarily focusing on reminiscences from Summer 1970 (Pamela Joy S******!). 💚 Not forgetting Cullercoats ... Thank you. Bye for now. Rab 🎯 🍻 😎 🌠
Thank you very much for showing me the wonderful Geordie town, it's very interesting, mein Interesse wurde geweckt durch supertolle "Perlen der 🎶"... Ich bin begeistert, da "a city through time" zeigt, was alles geschehen kann in den Jahren, großartig, dankesehr, blessings, health and peace 🌟🌟💖🌟🌟
I'm not familiar with Newcastle at all except the swing bridge which is almost the same as the one in my Lincs village, however I absolutely love the way you have made this video. I shall look after it's done if you've made one of my hometown, Nottingham; you probably haven't though.
Was born in Whitley Bay but many family members were living in Newcastle…very good video, but I found it just a little too (fast, speedy, quick) would have liked to study the changes in a bit more depth…

Wow! The Central Station has not changed much its design.
It was the first covered railway station in the world. I'm so proud to be a Novocastrian.

Good old Newcastle what town!
Do you live in Newcastle
Very nicely done but so sad to see lovely old facades replaced with modern ugliness!
