    Charles Barber never made the reverse. Recent primary documentary evidence confirms that Melecio Figueroa executed both obverse and reverse designs. Though to be fair, Barber edited the design and art of the coins.
    Changing UN PESO to ONE PESO & tapering the design of the Federal Shield.
