I knew that you could do this on the psp but I had never bothered to try it. I might give it a shot just for the sake of seeing how good to picture quality is. The psp was so good for its time

I used Handbrake for PSP video conversion. Basically use the Universal format and change the resolution to 320 for 4:3 videos and 480 for 16:9 videos. From that I was watching the anime series High Score Girl, Oban Star Racers, Wangan Midnight, Karakuri Circus, and anime film Vampire Hunter D Bloodlust. I ripped from my anime DVD and converted it to PSP format, and converted MKV and burn in the subtitles from the MKV. I can also import SRT files.

you need to get "e[mulator] for PSP 0.81 fix1" and that emulator will let you view games in full screen after configuring it
