Frank, I worked the plow when we had oxen. Bet you didn’t know that!! We won a couple plow matches at a farm in Woodstock VT during their farm day plow events with a beautiful team of brown Swiss. All these great teamsters plus were there!!! Nice to see this. Memories ❤️
Do oxen ever kick if you stand behind them, like horses can? How often do they need to eat on a working day? Where can I learn the terminology of plows and ploughing? I see that there are several kinds.
