    I can attest to Ms. Romina's quality of service. Purchased my first property in the middle of the pandemic & sobrang hassle free. She and JP knows exactly what they are doing & all questions answered, currently waiting for the property's turnover hopefully by year-end. Praying for your next chapter & I hope all property specialist/agents will be as responsible as them.

      @@maenaig2096 Constant follow up lang po and same with our clients, we highly suggest na mag-visit po kayo sa main office sa makati para makausap directly yung technical team and customer care for a much faster assistance

      Hello! I don't know anyone who did this but theoretically, possible naman po yung plan niyo lumipat from bank to pagibig. Although si buyer na po ang dapat mag process ng refinancing.
      I would recommend doing a thorough research po muna before making any decision.

    No wonder na burn-out po kayo,nasa admin po ang problem,nadadamay po kayo sa negligence nila.Thankful po ako naging smooth at na turnover po just in time for your shifting of company. All the best and goodluck po.

    Ask ko lang po maam,panu po ang pagprocess ng pasalo po sa phirst?sana masagot po

      Step 1: pumunta sa main office ni phirst sa makati to talk to a customer care rep
      Step 2: mag-submit ng request to transfer ownership
      (by this time dapat po may new buyer na kayo na kasama and qualified po yung income nila with supporting documents like Latest COE and ITR, 3 mos payslip and bank statement)
      Step 3: wait sa approval ni phirst customer care sa request and mag-fillup ng new forms
      (si step 3 possible na isabay na din siya ni customer care rep sa step 2 if qualified yung client and kasama na yung income documents)
      Must know:
      1. allowed lang na i-avail yung old price or price na nakuha niyo if relative niyo yung client. With proof of relationship like birthcertificate na same middle or last name
      2. if hindi relative, makukuha nila yung unit pero subject sa new or current price.
      for other questions we suggest na i-ask siya sa customer care rep kasi mas updated sila sa process ng pasalo
