Hey papa, one thing I’d say with the coach abilities is that it is absolutely so worth it to make sure you are a motivator at the end of the season. This makes it to wear you get a ton of bonus xp for your coach to get more abilities

For the CEO tree you need to save points to unlock it and then to get the boosts you want, since you can't reallocate points i just tend to lean on the O and D coordinators for Recruitment and motivator boosts, just make sure that you look for what you want and save that amount of points
Make sure as a smaller program or honestly just any program even if your not going down recruiter make sure you fire your oc and dc so that there recruiters it’s a huge difference in hours available and scouting is faster
Rebuild Navy or Air Force next but plot twist if you don’t win a natty you must enlist
