After learning more about Yourself's back story, I can't but help but feel sad for him. He lost the one he loved most and spiralled downwards into a never ending cycle of depression and sadness, letting his body deteriorate... Until he becomes what he is now. Its a stark reminder of what losing a loved one can do to a person if they don't receive the support they so desperately need.
*I sang this to my girlfriend* (yourself's part) and she sang the other half.. it brought me to tears... It made me realize how much other people care. Even when I was feeling low.
