Actually if u guys hear the thumping noise at the end, its actually a secret ending not included in the public version, you need to have the album and the code too access two endings. Be careful when choosing as because if u chose one alr u cannot choose the second ending.it includes a secret track, one full essay(both are different) and a glimpse of the ending at the ending song (which is the thumping sound at the end).
I hold both of the albums of 4 and 5, 5 has a story in it but its all in Japanese and also Inside of Monochrome,the book has a story too. Sadly both are Japanese and i cannot translate it lol.

She met Rein who is the boy(AD:Piano IV)This led to many memories spent with him and learning many things from him too.In the book (Inside Of Monochrome)it explains further until AD:Piano V the next album where Nier realises that there is a figure similar to her and began to protect Rein out of her because she thought the shadowlike her hurt him(maybe). And the last installment which is this (AD:Piano 6) and the last story. The last thing is now Nier realises that the other like figure is actually her own memories at the real world and Nier has now to choose between Rein or Shadow(literally thats her name). Making out a secret track(where u have the code from the album if u bought the physical copy, Bought all the series btw). The secret track reflects the decision made by you whether to stay with Rein or Shadow. Each have different stories and conclusions and a different track too. Personally like A. A is Rein and B is Shadow
And at 3:50 do u hear the thud sound. It's actually the sound of somebody falling. In the unlisted video posted by DS it shows the two ending that u chose. U can hit me up thru Twitter so that i can give u the Ending A or B(Tracks, Untranslated story plus the video too A and B).
