I watched a video where an African American farmer boils pinto beans and macaroni for protein and feeds that to his pigs and he hey are nice and fat. His pigs appear skinny and suffering from malnutrition ! But I might be wrong ☹️

Yes you can get results bse all foods sold in shops are made from mainly maize plus a few additions, so if u can give them enough quantities all nutrients are there. Plus there is fibre and fresh vitamins which are not easily in sold animal feeds.
Plus if u spend let's say 100 dollars on a pig reared on bought feeds and sell it at 160 USD. And I use 40 USd and sell at 110 usd using such green feeds. Plus in the wild who gives pigs maize bran? Don't they grow and put on weight? Yes they may take longer but they eat greens for free

You can also make use of does banana trees on the ground, cut them into very small pieces and cook it till it becomes porridge. It's very rich in vitamins and the pigs loves it. You can mix it with does greens
