Oh yeah! I can't believe I forgot that! Or maybe XFrisk will try to kill main universe Frisk, and XChara will try to stop him and the two Xtale human brothers will battle for that reason.

Actually, that's pretty close to the truth. When XFrisk was doing genocide, it was because XGaster overwrote him into doing it. XFrisk is under XGaster's control in the same way in S2.
