Hi @bingobaz6402 it's a good chair, but I think there are better ones on the market depending on what it is you're looking for and budget of course. While I'm on the heavier side, I don't mind the chair, but I'm not a gamer so I couldn't sit in it for long periods of time like Mark could. @@MarkandKellys thank you I am looking at noblechair EPIC. Its more expensive but don't think it comes with speakers etc at least I don't see any mention of speakers or a rumble for the chair. But it sounds really comfy and one I am looking at is faux leather which suits me also as I am vegetarian bordering on vegan as eat very little dairy. But think that is the one I am going to go for. I have a home cinema sounds set up anyway.
@bingobaz6402 I think the Nobel chair is more ergonomic, so better for longer game play, I'm guessing, so for that, it's worth spending that bit more money. More people are becoming Vegetarian/Vegan in this day and age, understandably so.
@MarkandKellys I just want to say that you got so many things wrong then right, that i honestly think i have never seen a more genuine and truly likable person, reviewing anything. I can also say, that you did not miss a single important detail which is amazing and a breath of fresh air compared to recent culture of short videos for no reason. I actually just picked this chair up for free and want to change the base to have adjustable height hopefully. I also think there is a way to get a Bluetooth to headphone jack so i am hoping to make it wireless-ish. I will try to remember to update you but whatever happens, please continue to post videos as you really seem like an honest and unscripted couple and it's really nice.

Sorry I missed your comment it's been a long time, but I've not noticed that you can adjust the back, the chair does tilt, but the back is not adjustable as far as I can tell
@@beanbrother742 I'm not sure how you can fix a loose connection in a cable. How old is your chair? If it's still in warranty you could contact where you bought it from or the manufacturer, they may give/send you a new cable if not you may have to purchase a new one ebay or amazon could have the relevant cables you need. *Always check the reviews/seller so you can make an informed decision before purchasing any items.* You could go to a game store if you have one near you they maybe able to help you or suggest where you could pick up a new cable, I also would have suggested maplins, but most (if not all) their stores have closed. They are online though so you might find something there.
If there are not enough ports to support all the necessary cables, then yes I think Bluetooth is the only option, unless there's such a thing a cable port extension which in this day and age there should be. You can always Google to see if there is something like that available. That way you can have everything wired in rather than rely on Bluetooth.
@esosaaghimien We don't have brown fabric covering the base of the chair. We bought a brown round rug for underneath the base so it wouldn't create indent marks on the carpet.
Hi H20redfirefox, I must be honest due to work commitments the lives and other things Mark hasn't used the chair much for the last couple of years, but whenever we have the nephews round Mark will hook it all up and they love it. I will try to get him to do an update of the chair at some point when he has some spare time😊

Mark has had a proper look at the chair and we found the knob, by turning the knob at the end (not the whole knob) turning to the right when you're facing the chair will allow more movement if it doesn't turn in either direction you could use WD40, that may help to loosen things.
@@MarkandKellys thanks so much for helping we've had to order another chair because the tilt tension knob is just not budging and the chair has no tilt back what so ever and is stuck in bolt upright position which is very uncomfortable for gaming. Hi Spencer, For us the chair is great and it's comfortable the sound vibrates across your back and the sound is good, but there was a viewer who didn't feel the same and sent it back and opted for another another chair. However, another viewer purchased the same chair and loved it. I have a school of thought on all things produced, you have a good batch and you have a bad batch. If you do decide to buy the chair I hope you get one from the good batch🤞🏽 I hope I answered your question as best I can, let us know how you get on

Hi Sarah we're filming and editing some content at the moment, but Mark will take a look for you and comeback to you soon, but in the meantime you may be able to use a similar auxiliary lead. The instructions should have the measurements of the green lead, so you may be able to find a similar one online or at an electrical shop. If you don't have the instructions anymore then measure the port size to get an idea of the lead size. Spare parts for gaming chairs are hard to find! An electrical shop may be your best bet to gain advice from. Good luck

I bought it during lockdown and gaming chairs were few and far between, it's a good chair, but would I have gotten a different chair? The simple answer is yes I would have bought a different chair, but all the ones I wanted to buy him were sold out. I bought this one and he likes it well enough. You have to go according to your budget and be sure of the one you want to buy because they are heavy and take up some room. The good thing with Argos is, that they will pick it back up free of charge. Also you do have to put it together yourself. We've never tried looking for height adjustment, I didn't see anything mentioned in the description when I bought it. The chair is very top heavy, if it doesn't have height adjustment that could be why or there could a height adjustment and just can't see/find it 😂

My understanding is you do need to connect the wires to the tv for the sound to work. We've had a few questions on the gaming chair so we may do another video in the future.

Hi Joe, the seat and base did come in separate parts I suppose it could be used on the floor, but I'm guessing it wouldn't rock because I think you would need the base for the motion, but this is only a guess. I don't know of a chair that is a 2 in 1 with floor and pedestal capabilities, but if you see a chair on amazon and scroll down there are people who may be able to help you in the Q & A. Sorry we couldn't help you more.
Hi, Mark and I have had a discussion and we differ in our opinions. I don't think you can unless you have two ports for the audio at the back of your tv screen. And Mark thinks you can if you have a splitter. I don't know which one of us is right or if we've been of any help at all, but I hope we have answered as best we can. Let us know how you get on.
Hi Thor Mark, hasn't gamed in a while due to work and studying commitments. We normally use the cables rather than Bluetooth (as sometimes Bluetooth cuts out every now and then when I connect to my own speakers to play music) and the gaming consoles we have are PS4 and Xbox one 8th gen, we don't have any more recent gaming consoles I'm afraid. Sorry we couldn't help further.
Sorry we don't know as we only have the PS4, you'll need to find out what connectors the PS5 uses and compare them with the chair connectors and see if they match or go to the Xrocker website they may have the information you need.
Hi Oliver it shouldn't just buzz, I'm guessing you have the base turned up all the way? Our vibrates with the base transmitted from the sound of whatever game we're playing. I know it's a silly question, but have you unplugged everything, turned it all off and then start it all up again? If there's still a problem you might have a bad one and may need to return it.
Hi Ryley, I personally don't think it would work as an office chair because of the way the back of the chair is curved and designed, for you to sit back and game in a certain way for xbox and PS. Where as for an office PC, you need to be seated upright and have proper ergonomic back support to reach your key board and view your work monitor. However there are other gaming chairs on the market for PC gaming with the specific ergonomic back support needed.

Back of my sons lg tv it only has hdmi and digital optical connections. Will blutooth be the only option ?

Hi Joe, the seat and base did come in separate parts I suppose it could be used on the floor, but I'm guessing it wouldn't rock because I think you would need the base for the motion, but this is only a guess.
I don't know of a chair that is a 2 in 1 with floor and pedestal capabilities, but if you see a chair on amazon and scroll down there are people who may be able to help you in the Q & A.

Hi, Mark and I have had a discussion and we differ in our opinions.
I don't think you can unless you have two ports for the audio at the back of your tv screen. And Mark thinks you can if you have a splitter.

How does it fit new Xbox’s as they have Bluetooth?
Hi Thor Mark, hasn't gamed in a while due to work and studying commitments.
We normally use the cables rather than Bluetooth (as sometimes Bluetooth cuts out every now and then when I connect to my own speakers to play music) and the gaming consoles we have are PS4 and Xbox one 8th gen, we don't have any more recent gaming consoles I'm afraid.

Sorry we don't know as we only have the PS4, you'll need to find out what connectors the PS5 uses and compare them with the chair connectors and see if they match or go to the Xrocker website they may have the information you need.

Our vibrates with the base transmitted from the sound of whatever game we're playing.
I know it's a silly question, but have you unplugged everything, turned it all off and then start it all up again?
If there's still a problem you might have a bad one and may need to return it.
Would these work as an office chair?

I personally don't think it would work as an office chair because of the way the back of the chair is curved and designed, for you to sit back and game in a certain way for xbox and PS. Where as for an office PC, you need to be seated upright and have proper ergonomic back support to reach your key board and view your work monitor.
However there are other gaming chairs on the market for PC gaming with the specific ergonomic back support needed.
