Hello, Is the multimeter is connected via GPIB or standard USB? If through standard USB, Do you need any GPIB device for communication in LabVIEW ?
This multimeter is connected with USB, and it has nothing to do with GPIB

Have you tried in Keyseight connection expert? It should detect. Otherwise you may try by changing LabVIEW 64 to 32 bit.

For this purpose it will be better to use subvis form keithley vi tree. They give Direct option for channel selection.
