Remember when everyone hated the fact that this show was a thing and now everyone loves it? Also who else has been a fan of josh’s since day one? I thought he was cute when he was playing Aidan on stuck in the middle and was following him before he was verified. I’ve been waiting for him to score a lead and ever since they announced he was playing Ricky (before they even chose the rest of the cast) I was so hyped up for this show. I watched the first episode but idk if I’m gonna get Disney plus or not so I’m so sad 😂😭😭

You know what I never realized till now they have a dude playing Sharpay but he’s never in any of the interviews and Sharpay played a big part of the movie

Joe Serafini was back at college during this press tour! That (combined with the fact that he wasn’t a series regular for S1 because of the college schedule) is why he wasn’t there
K queen but SEB is himself in the show, and Sharpay in the musical. They don’t show up equally
Okay, but the characters didn't always match who they played in the musical. Gina is clearly more of Sharpay than Taylor (who she is cast as in the musical) and Kourtney is more of a Taylor (but Kourtney doesn't really have a role)

so i was 9 when the first one came out and i legit recorded it on a vhs tape bc my sister wanted me to send it to her in college. because of that i became OBSESSED with the movies. i bought the board games, i had hsm bedsheets and pillows, i had bags and clothes and journals like ETC. and when i heard this series was coming out i was like, “oh god no why are they doing this.” BUT i actually gave this show a chance and ended up loving it (: also loved that nini/olivia is filipino american and love the representation. millennials who are so against the new show, you won’t kno until you try and watch it
