Embrilliance Thumbnailer Intro Mac

I'm new to your channel and I Love it. Your instructions are so clear. I have a question for you? I just purchased Thumbnailer from Embrilliance and it isn't working for me on my mac. My Artista 640 Bernina will not accept EXP. Is there a solution for this. I have Essentials and it works fine. If you have any idea what is going on let me know please. Thank you!
