Anytime Cargo shows up, it’s either going to be a good run, or it’s going to be terrible, and there is no in between. Which in if you think about it in hindsight, is how it goes with most encounters in Rust.
Usually small but sometimes good loot like med syringe 💉... but at least blue scientists on the road don't really drop guns..... oil rig however you will see some on those scientists...
