1) Sleep productively 2) set your environment right, try not to study in bed and dark area. 3) Don't eat heavy 4) study shorter period, and take breaks. 5) use cold water splash, washing your face with water. 6) study actively, think of what you studying rather than just reading through, also ask your self questions and answers them. 7) make smart choice of what to study, study boring subject when you are likely not to sleep, and study interesting stuff when you are likely to sleep. 8) Take a power nap, incase the rest don't work like 20 to 30minutes 9) study with friends 10) stay hydrated 11) take cafinated drinks 12) listen to soft music
Ohh I found this helpful most especially wen it came to the food aspect. Naturally as person that find it difficult to read when I finish eating bcoz I tend to fall asleep but I was concerned bcoz I ended up sleeping for so long that by the time I wake up time has gone but at the same time when I get hungry wen reading I find it difficult to focus on what I am reading, so how to balance this was the problem ,then I found this video and it was really helpful. The caffeinated drinks hardly helps me. Makes me recall the days I used to use coffee for studying, it had the opposite effect on my body. I had a study friend then who used coffee for studying and it helped her but as soon as I take coffee I feel sleepy than I was before
