Brilliant cover version of the Belmonts' minor hit! Probably my favorite Jett cover. Shame it wasn't a hit for her. The version featured in this video is the 7" single version, which was actually a re-recorded version with new vocals from Joan and a slightly longer playing time. It runs about 10 seconds longer than the original LP version: 3:26 (7" version) vs. 3:16 (LP version). The 7" is the definitive version, in my opinion. Then again, that "Dance Mix" is excellent, too! Unfortunately, when "Glorious Results of a Misspent Youth" was reissued in 2006, the 7" version was nowhere to be found. I am guessing that the 7" has never been made available on CD, unless someone can confirm otherwise. Would anyone happen to have a digital copy of the 7"?

@RunawaysWithJonasB They did try stuff with eachother, but it wasn't exactly "romance". They both stated that everything they did was purely experimental as it was the age where they could. Also, they knew some rock singers who were gay, and they didn't see any harm in trying it out. This is from memory, so excuse me if I'm wrong ^_^
