J-Min has always been "solo" tho. She is same generation as BoA. But new fans don't know much about her cuz she promoted mostly in Japan. Not Korea. It didn't work out so well so I think SM tries to promote her more in Korea now. However, I'm not sure what kind of contract she has with japan label so that might be another reason why her korean activities are limited.
J-Min IS FINALLY OUT OF THE SM DUNGEON AND SHE IS SHINING AND YERIS ACTING IS AMAZING both of them are underrated i hope they get more love they deserve it
