I've been tearing up the smallmouth on the shiawassee River with top water baits lately, a couple of 4 pounders, mostly on the size 130 whopper plopper. These bass are really aggressive on bigger baits this time of year!

Man I love that back hand cast that you do. I can't get that down to save my life. Leave no lure behind, that is my motto. I would have done the same thing. Great job out there on the river. Nice one on the plopper.
