Love your explanation Coach Jono! Because everything you mentioned in performing this jump incorrectly, I am doing! And I'm only doing a half-flip. 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I'll get it one day though.

can you make a video of how to perform double jumps with legs crossed? Like what exercises would help with this

Back spins. Remember, you do not flick your leg in front; you leave it where it is so you TURN into it.

I cant seem to land on one leg, I feel good on the launch everything close to the body but im always just landing on two feet, I know im comfortable landing on my right leg im doing my Salchow landing on my right leg just fine. I guess I keep practicing, I just want it to look clean.

It's always hard to say without seeing your jump, but it could be that your weight is too far over the left side when you're coming down to land, make sure that when you push up off the right toe pick to take off, you keep your weight on the right side.
Another possibility is that it could be a minor mental block which is common during the learning of new jumps. Try to make tiny improvements each time you try the jump and eventually you'll crack it!
