Hi Valentina! Love your ideas. I could use a color tip. What works with a creamy beige sofa and faux leather taupe ottoman for pillow colors? The other chair in the room has a spa blue color.
can you do this same video but on organic luxury (tips on how to achieve it on a budget) I did see your other one already. My favourite style is a bit more wabi sabi/ japandi/ scandi, that sort of a vibe.
I call my style Lux Wabi Sabi lol. It's about collecting and curating one of a kind aged pieces with a more modern lines- takes time.

Luxury is not just the price but the quality. You can achieve the luxury “look” for cheap but it definitely wont be the same quality period.

This is a much appreciated video, but can you suggest an Amazon or Ikea chair for my bedroom? I have a 6 foot headboard, which I really love. How tall of a chair should I buy or does the chair height matter? I don't want the headboard to dwarf the chair. I love swivels but they are too low. I also love petite recliners (I know you hate them). .My sister has a beautiful petite recliner that is so comfortable. I looked on your Amazon page, but l didn't see any recliners.

Maybe you could address an issue on the West side of the country. We moved from Chicago to Arizona and the DUST is INSANE!! I would never put curtains up bc it would be impossible to keep clean. Please, please, please HELP with some ideas to soften the rooms without the added fabric! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

RH new collection is more affordable than ever
I'm sorry but I would not recommend Marlow pillows, I purchased 2 a while back and even with the zipper the pillow was still too firm. I purchased the Brooklinen down Pillows instead and they are perfect. So unless you like your pillows on the firm side then Marlow might be good for you. I believe Brooklinen to be much more comfortable.

I love the curved bed headboard but not the extended frames that make a side table... it’s too large and not intimate for me. I like layered beds and appreciate all of your tips on textiles!! BTW- isn’t it spelled “LUXE” ? That’s how all magazines spell it 🤔

I wish I understood this upholstery bed trend. Can you imagine buying a used upholstered bed? Gross! I just don’t get it.
My bed is upholstered in leather. You could get that used and not really have a similar “gross” factor, probably (though most of them seem to actually be bonded leather or vinyl, and those just wear out too fast to buy used). It’s an early to mid 2000s look, though, and you’d have to be into that.
It gets dirty,I remember my parents having an upholstered headboard in the late 90's and into the 00's and you could see where you sit up on the bed, the stuffing wore down and it was dirtier. It looks beautiful, but it's not the most practical, but it's comfortable, so you need to decide what you are happy to live with.
@@anaalves3658 I am not at all surprised to hear that. I am not sure what started this upholstery headboard trend except maybe money. I am sure it is cheaper to use upholstery to make a headboard instead of wood or metal. But I hope this trend fades away back into the “gross. I can’t believe we ever thought that was nice” category of bad fads.

I just spit out my iced tea when you showedthe pictures of the beds with long headboards with attached nightstands. Thats so hideous I can't even. I mean, why would you want a bedroom to look like every 3-star (or lower) hotel/motel ever built??? Ugh! 🤢 Seriously - Does the little box you put the quarter in to get the bed to vibrate come with it, or is that extra $$ ???🤣😂🤣 Gosh thats so ridiculously ugly, and lazy. It's as bad as those matching bedroom sets from the 70s and 80s that sadly are still out there. Thanks for the laugh though! 😆
