Sunderland were brilliant in the first half,I honestly thought that Millwall didn't have a chance of getting anything from the game. But the second half was so different, just like Sunderland dominated the first half,Millwall battered you but couldn't score, which is credit to your keeper. Your right winger was a constant threat. 1-1 was a fair reflection of the game. Your fans are loud and did you proud today, good game, great atmosphere and Millwall are now 8 games unbeaten miiiiiiiiii (all the best in getting promoted)
First half we couldn't handle your wingers ,but second half we went 4.4.2 and absolutely battered you and deserved our equaliser.. well done to the Sunderland fans that came down in great numbers and made loads of noise, best fans in the league. Just disappointed your players kept going down wasting time when there was nothing wrong with them. I hope you do get promoted big club deserves to be premier league...

Yeah the game was suspended midway through due to a medical incident for one of the supporters in the Millwall end. The game did resume after a 20 minute delay, but BBC and some others were still showing as suspended even after the game had finished.
Great start from Sunderland. 2nd half that one on one should have ended the game. Hung in and got an unlikely point given the timing. Both sides still in ok shape. Hope the medical emergency is going well
Draw was fair. Another game where Sunderland’s performance in second half is vastly inferior to first. Can understand Regis’ reluctance to use the bench due to inexperience but some lads on the pitch were clearly fatigued.
@@philwhelan3854 I think you are forgetting where you were when this bloke come BTW Sunderland are nowhere near ready for the Premier league with the current squad and be honest if they did get up it would be for 1 season only

Awful 2nd half performance i will say that Le Bris needs to get better at using his squad i would have taken off Mayenda or Isidor towards the end we needed extra bodies in midfield. However i have to say i feel sorry that we have to turn to our U21 team on the bench to make up the numbers. This issue if depth has been a problem for Speakman to solve for 2 years now and he hasn't. We need 4 or 5 bodies in the dior in January particularly at both fullbacks, RW and potentially CB and Striker. I want to see youth given a chance but if we genuinely want to get promoted we need to be recruiting talented players to improve the squad. Are Millwall tinpot ? They’re eight games unbeaten , including wins over Leeds and Burnley , they are eighth in the Championship and battered Sunderland in the second half enjoying the majority of the possession, more touches in the opposition box , and more shots.
