There should be two Krusty shuttles. And put them in different places to use them. With the update that passed Krustyland is together with Springfield.
Maybe there is another shuttle in your inventory of items it may say shuttle teleport or something like that. If not Simpson’s tapped out gos back to old updates and it may be available one day.
Damn, I just installed this game and found out Krustyland was gone. Guess it meant that I haven't played in over 3 years.

How do you get the separate krustyland I got all the rides and it lit up my krustyshuttle but it doesn’t do anything

You should be able too just click the move option the 4way arrow then select the debris and then select the box to put it in the storage.
