Swiss Meringue with Pasteurized Egg Whites

- In this video tutorial I show how to make a Swiss meringue using pasteurized egg whites.
You will need:
1 cup of store-bought egg whites (or fresh egg whites)
2 cups of granulated sugar
Flavor extract 1 tsp (optional)
1 pinch of salt (optional)
1 Thermometer
1 Mixing bowl and globe
1 Pot with water for barne-marie
