Appreciate Adv Carlos for the opposition to regularisation of houses in communidad land. House are also built in survey no 12,13 , 15 and 74 in village collem, without any permission from town and country planning department. Whereas the same forest officials harass minorities saying survey no 9/2c which is private property falls in eco sensitive zone.

Communidade laws are native goan laws Portuguese were the once who kept a written record of this laws, earlier it was only oral laws. Ghatis who entered goa illegally during Portuguese rule will not know this.
