I have the same issue with boomerang lilac too :/
@@cheevue668 yeah, I find they oversold and under delivered on that one 😕.
Clematis ... it needs to be cut back to 4 inches. It will then bloom all the way to the top.
@@LindaDavis-iq9zj as soon as it’s done blooming? It’s a little hard to reach it under there so maybe in winter when rose is dormant 🤔.
