What if I'm making this for a client
Where do i measure in their body to achieve this

Use the bust measurement and divide by 5 to get the size needed for each granny square.
For example: my bust is 35 inches so i will divide the 35 by 5 which gives 7, so each granny squares should be about 6 - 7 inches when measured across.
