I've just purchased and started using the La sportiva mutant trail shoes. The reviews are numerous and all very positive. I'm impressed already with them having only run twice in them. They will take some beating!

Dovrei comprare un paio di scarpe che faccia un po' per tutto. Questi sono gli elementi che mi interessano in modo particolare: basse per climi tropicali (climi caldi), soprattutto leggere e comode. Ci vado sulla ghiaia, terra battuta, erba, fango, ciotoli scivolosi. Chiedo troppo? NON ci corro con le scarpe. Ma ripeto, non ho esperienza in merito. Il mio budget è di circa max 150 euro. Puoi dirmi qualche modello preciso di qualsiasi brand per favore? Grazie per qualche consiglio.
My best friends are ultra trail runners while i probably can’t even do 10% of their distance. They say Salomon are crap and uncomfortable for long runs. Hoka is good only for the first 1-2 races (their 100km races). I think any shoes work for me if i am running such short distances. I have a pair of Asics Trabuco Max and i think they are great. The stack height is high, so stability can be an issue, i will not run when the trail is very rocky and uneven. Midsole is thick enough that you cannot feel sharp rocks.
Speed cross are great, i destroyed cca 10 pairs of 3 and 4series but almost nobody is speaking that this shoes are very thin in front , very good for sprinting but god damn it hurts when u step on a root or a smal pointy rock especially if u have 100kg and after running 30km and 2km ascend and 2descend it start to hurt everything
You show a New balance shoe in your thumbnail, and in your product list, but don't give any description of it in the video whatsoever. Super bummed about that one.
PLEASE include a simple and accurate WEIGHT comparison. Thanks for the reviews (again) Survival Gear. Would it be possible to publish or give a comparison chart of WEIGHT in pounds and/or grams? I am finding it particularly hard to find a true or actual weight comparison article, either from the manufacture, amazon, or even websites like REI. They are either not their, inaccurate, or confusing because some publish the weight of one shoe, which is very strange. Who wears one shoe?
La Sportiva bushido would have been a perfect choice for me except they are way too slim. One day's worth of wear and they had rubbed the side of my foot (at my...pinky toe knuckle? whatever the widest part of the outside of your foot is) completely red and almost raw. I could tell while wearing them that it was going to be a problem because of just how tight the fabric was on that spot. Aside from that they were perfect, which is a huge shame; I wish they made wide versions. The La Sportiva GoreTex trail runners had much more space in the toe half of the shoes, but that also resulted in a terrible cracking/popping noise in the toe where the fabric was folding in on itself and "popping" with every step. At first it was just on one foot and then on both. This is a problem with some GoreTex shoes and it could eventually "wear in", but that means they will also wear out pretty fast. Such a shame that La Sportiva makes almost perfect shoes with fatal flaws. I love the look of them too :(

New balance Hierro V6 will do the job. Perfect for people with wide feet or over 95 kilos or both. Just use a good pair of socks to prevent blisters and you’ll have no issue running 30 miles a week as long as you are able to keep to a realistic training plan and do the work.
Exactly. The best shoe is the shoe that fits you and do the job for you on the best way! I tried a lot of shoes "which someone rated that as THE BEST" but for me they wasn't the best!

A quality pair of trail running shoes is a must have if you like this sport. HOKA ONE ONE SPEEDGOAT 4 is a great option.
