In my opinion, Sl4sh is kind of just a reskin of Fatal Error from the four arms, to the lanky body, etc. But like I said, that's just an opinion. A GAME OPINION!!!
I think this is more of a kinda way to show a creature inhabiting sonic but being too big to fit entirely if that makes sense (Fatal is literally inside sonic and I can only go off design but Sl4sh appears to also be inside sonic) if that makes any sense.
