END of harappan civilization there is evidenace that by 1800BCE most of the mature harapan sites had been abandoned that too simultaneously . there was expansion of popolation in new settlements in gujarat ,haryana, and western u.p .few sites continued to be occupied even after 1900BCE but in them too transformation of material cultural is clearly visible . Most visible is the disappear of distinct artefacts of IVC. i.e. weight, seals ,beads, writing,etc also very few material were now being used to make fewer thing house construction technique was deterioated . large bulding and public structures were no longer produced .over all artefacts and settlement indicate a rural way of life which is called late harappan culture
I have a doubt in the video it is said that Mauryan empire was very important but in book on pg 35 last para of the topic it is written that it lasted for about 150 years that is not a very long time in the vast span of history of the subcontinent and it did not comprise of the entire subcontinent and even the control within the frontiers of the Empire was not uniform So, fristly how it is important And Secondly in the video it is said it had a uniform rule but no it didn't have a uniform rule.
