iPhone 14 Pro Max no power repair

We have an iPhone 14 Pro Max that came in with a no start / no power issue. The phone has been dropped and had the casing and display replaced.
Eventually it proved the phone had both a charging issue and a very bad ripped pad which required reconstruction.

Hello,
To open phones, I always heat them up first on a heat pad at 70 degrees for about 3 minutes. After I use refox rs50 to open the screen. To organise screws I use magnetic trays or magnetic pads and place them in the order they are in the phone

What is the software which you are using display voltage , amps, Digital multimeter om computer screen

I use UNI-T UT181A multimeter, it comes with that software.
The power supply software that displays voltage and amperage is written by me. I use OWON P4305 power supply. The software it comes with is not very reliable… mine either, but it’s a bit better… happy to share it if anyone has this power supply

Thank you! Nothing fancy about the microscope - a Chinese one, very good in my opinion, I believe it was sold under the brand of Efix. Camera came with it, very bad one… I just added a Barlow lens for a better view and also to protect the internal lens from the fumes

The one you see on the screen is uni-t UT-181A. When I don’t record videos I use a Fluke 179
