I was looking at cars for my wife and went to the Hyundai dealership. They wanted $63k out the door for this model and trim 😂. I took my wife to Audi and got a Q7 2021 with 10k miles on it for $60k out the door. Folks if you are going to pay a premium price get something premium in return. We test drove both vehicles and there's absolutely no comparison, a Hyundai is still a Hyundai 😉. Moral of the story this car is great at MSRP but not a dime more. Btw same story with the telluride 😂
@@raissacarter5229 it was in stock. San Antonio has at least three Hyundai dealers and they all three were empty of the Caligraphy's. But the town of Boerne just outside of San Antonio had one in stock they JUST took in as a dealer trade and I jumped on it.
Can you please say honestly how Hyundai Palisade v6 gdi engine is? Is this very good quality v6 engine? Will this engine run 500k to 600k km? I want to know because I have a confusion to choose from Hyundai Palisade V6, Volkswagen Atlas sel V6, and Honda Pilot Elite V6, please give me the right information because I want to choose a V6 car which will run perfectly 500k to 600k km without any big issues..
Id argue that the upper trim levels of the new grand cherokee L are better than these, but at $60k+ it’s not really in the same segment as the kia/hyundai.
@@justanbaker8937 Quite possibly. However, I believe that it could only be relative when a consumer believes that the vehicle holds that additional 5K in value. That 5K will undoubtedly price out a percentage of consumers. That price escalation with a low sales adjustment model will have to continue and will only last until sales fall flat. Even the NADA has been warning auto makers since 2018 about their concerns over the price of new cars are getting too high - that was actually in a Wall Street Journal article that was pretty good believe it or not. Cheers 🍻
Did he mention that the bigger screen must have a cord attached to it- for Android.Apple or did Hyundai fix that issue for 2022 ? Also the side wall on tires is only "50" here . So the ride may be harsher on American pothole ridden roads. Less expensive trims get " 60" side wall. Thankfully the bench seat is available in the 2nd row. I like the bench better than 2+2 because you can throw a lot of things on it and I hope never to use the third row
Let’s get one thing straight, NO car is worth paying over msrp for. That said, the telluride typically has a higher demand in the used market than this, so if youre gonna choose one or the other to pay over msrp for, you’d be better off with the telluride. Also Raptor/TRX/G wagon/porsche GT models are all currently worth more used than new so if you pay over msrp for those, it wont be a loss (if you can actually afford one of those
The you probably won't be getting a new car, cuz they are just not availabl so dealers are marking up. I put a deposit on one two weeks ago and won't get it for 4-6 months. MSRP plus a $1300 tech package at AutoNation. Best deal I've found.
So what is cheap to you? Is it the suede headliner, the nappa leather with quilted trim everywhere or maybe the awesome LED headlights or maybe it's the big beautiful grill? Or the super responsive, large, nicely integrated Infotainment system? "ugly" is your opinion but "cheap" ? NOPE!
We've had the calligraphy for the past 14 months. It's totally worth the money.

Why?
Just bought this exact rig YESTERDAY... Hyundai is my favorite non-American brand BY FAR!!!
How long is it taking for them to deliver the car? Did you get it at MSRP price?

They never show the vehicle driving away or toward you which is what i want to see
What is the exterior color?
I want one so bad. First SUV and first Hyundai I ever had a desire to own

What’s up with the “passenger air bag off” light ?
That would drive me crazy to see that all the time!!!!🥴
It's literally the same as my 2021 palisade calligraphy. only thing that's different is the snow mode.
If yours doesn't have the snow mode then it's not the same right?
@@tafb94force29 It's still a calligraphy, just not All wheel, my car is front wheel. honestly get the all-wheel
This and the Telluride are the best vehicles in it's class hands down, it's not even close

Is this better than the traverse rs or redline im debating on the traverse/palisades/telluride/durango

You didn't answer your own question. Is it worth it in your opinion?
I love the name Hyundai palisade got the coolest wheels like it
I'd agree on the wheels if it was a hybrid... but it isn't unfortunately. Looks like hybrid wheels to me!
Let’s get one thing straight, no car is worth paying over INVOICE for.
Thank you. Exactly.
Not true
If the invoice was 5k more it would still sell. Its relative

Love this suv.
Please slow down your speech as you are describing the options and different buttons. But good video overall.
I coulda swore he was going to actually answer the question that's in the title of the video. I'm disappointed.
What no test drive ! Ben were you a bad boy today ?

nothing is worth paying over sticker for- it's just a matter of how impulsive you are

Rims are really ugly to me. Sorry. I also would never pay over sticker for any car.
Completely agree! Too bad they don’t offer different rims.
Nothings worth paying other msrp for

This vehicle needs another 30-40 lbs of torque.

Wheels look awful!! I’d stay away from this trim for that reason alone! No thank you!
It looks heavy & kinda bloated, to be honest.
The rims are too much and hideous.
Looks cheap and ugly
😂😂😂 looks cheap? Go and look at it in person . Never assume.
Nothing about it looks cheap, and I'm not a fan of brands like Hyundai, Nissan, Toyota, etc.
