There are much worse logical problems within this scene.He is in a bubble little bigger than his body underwater,yet within this bubble,he can breath in air much more than his surrounding air so he can inflate his fist enourmously. Good anime tho

It's a different fruit to Pikas, the Isle Isle Fruit. It lets Pizarro meld his body into any island and be able to control it, regardless of what it's made of, while Pikas just allowed him to meld with objects made of stone.
