Pennies that say one cent on the back are wheat pennies. My dad and I used to collect them. The oldest one we found before he died was 1917. After he passed I found a 1916 and have found some older ones since then. Good find!

I know ladies carry around more stuff than guys do, but you have lots to carry around. Your purse looks lovely though.
