So this is more complete now. I am not making this one unlisted even though I still don't actually have permission for the 2nd song, because I figured they'll never see this anyway.
There are some oversights and mistakes in this, but then again, I'm only calling this thing V1. I'm gonna leave it on hold and work on what I initially wanted to do with the program; Make hardmode versions of enemies. I don't think this program is far enough into development to make introcate bosses yet, so this seems like a better use for it.
DOG CANNONS ARE FIXED! I think some credit should go to Crystalwarrior on Reddit, as the guy attempted to fix it for me, but in the end I think an update ended up fixing a bug where using bullets of different sized messed with the hitbox creation, in turn fixing the cannons!

NOTE: If you downloaded this fight already and it's giving you an error saying something like "blah blah blah bullettest_streaming blah blah cannot convert x to y blah" then it's because 1.2c fixed a problem with the error handling and handled an unseen error within some waves came to light. If you don't wanna download the whole thing again for whatever reason, I uploaded just the waves you need to replace!

no but in the game it displays your 'level' as 11 (it's next to their name). normally when your level goes up, your health goes up. They should have around 50-60 health, but they still have the basic health instead.

The problem with the blasters may be that you set them to an exact three damage, therefore being unable to do only two damage.

Just a little thing that bugged me.. how about changing the projectiles' faces as well when he "transforms"?
Honestly, I don't know why I didn't either. I initially wanted to do that, but I just never ended up doing it at all. If there's ever an update that breaks this again (which is likely) then maybe I'll get around to it. It would barely take me 10 minutes, realistically.

What I like is that this seems to take after the Earthbound Halloween Hack, wherein the final boss's first phase does nothing but try and make you feel guilty about fighting, but then you inflict serious damage and they get really, really mad.
You DOGGED those attacks fairly well.
