Comes across very well. Pretty sure the majority of football fans are willing Frank on to succeed, and I think he has the intelligence and experience to give it a good go. At the same time, Neville seemed to be intelligent in football terms, so it doesn't always translate across (albeit he made the foolish decision to go abroad for his first job). Regardless, go on Frank!

Love the enthusiasm and excitement he’s showing. He is a smart guy and so are other coaches. he seems to know how to get across to the board and the media. He’ll be great doing that with the players as well.
Definitely inspiring for other players who look at what he’s achieved in the game. Guardiola and zidane great players who are great coaches.

I have HUGE respect for Lampard, I think he was an incredible footballer, One of Englands best ever. He was a great pundit and I'm super excited to see how this all goes. LFC fan here. Have a listen to his audiobook it's on youtube. Frank Lampard is a decent bloke and he went through quite a bit of shite growing up. I wish him every success. Football is cruel and fickle, but I've found a lot of LFC fan's quite like Lampard, though we gave him shite.

I think that Gerrard and Lampard went into management to quickly.I think to be a great manager you have you start of as an assistant for a great manager.Then you'll have a great manager with decent experience.But hey, who would listen to me?
well, that remains to be seen. Gerrard was coaching the U18s at Liverpool for a few seasons (as were Pep and Zidane) so it could be argued he's got enough experience to manage a club like Rangers. Ultimately, the proof will be in the results, as Lampard says.
